So it's Christmas Eve today and hopefully you're spending time with family and friends. But that doesn't mean I can't hook you up with a new video!

In fact - in the spirit of Christmas and the focus on giving I think today is a great opportunity to ask the question "Do you give before you sell?"

We all are in the business of selling something and a transaction must take place in order to pay our bills - but are you too focused on selling your thing that you get the order of things backwards?
